In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, Oakwood Management Company is committed to doing our part to maintain the health of our residents and staff. Starting March 25, we will no longer offer self-guided tours at our communities. This will continue until we deem it is safe to resume self-guided tours. We ask that you help us be stewards in decreasing the spread of germs and disease by using alternative methods of communication in place of face-to-face interaction. If you are a future resident, we are happy to arrange an in person tour for you at a later date and invite you to tour our website in the meantime and call or email us. Current residents, we're here for you and can be reached via phone, email and the resident portal.

I have lived here for two months now. It's just perfect here. Everything is as advertised. It really feels special. The BEST part about living here is the amazing customer service from all of the staff. They go ABOVE and beyond what would be typically expected. I have always received same day communication for any questions. It just feels like they all go that extra step to make sure that The Pointe is one of the best places to live. You know what else is awesome? The neighbors!
I’ve been living here for almost 2 months and I’m so happy here. The amenities and units are fantastic, but the best part is the responsive staff. They’re quick to respond to issues, big or small. They’re super friendly and always willing to help. They answer all your questions, even if the question is dumb. They’re awesome.

Service and attention to the residents is great. In particular, Emily Selah goes above and beyond. My husbands meds didn't arrive in the mail room as expected and we had to leave for the weekend. Emily took the time to explore what had happened, located the package and left it in our apartment so my husband would have it when we returned on Sunday night. Thanks again!
